SHIPPING
We will ship to your PayPal confirmed address that comes in with the eBay order. Shipping notification and tracking number will be provided through eBay when the item is shipped. If you ordered several items, there will sometimes only be one (1) tracking number. Sometimes shipping companies take longer than usual to deliver packages. If we provided a tracking number to eBay number, your item is on the way! Continue to use the provided tracking number to track your item with the carrier. If anything seems to be incorrect or out of the ordinary, please feel free send us a message. Please do not leave us negative feedback for a shipping company's error or delay!
Most items are shipped via FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS can take up to 24 hours to update tracking numbers after the item has shipped. If your tracking number is not listed/activated on USPS's website, check back the next day. USPS does not operate on Sundays or holidays. Sometimes a tracking number is not showing that the item is moving; this is typically because the carriers are not scanning it along the way, do not worry.

-Please allow at least 4 weeks for item to arrive, although in some cases it could take much longer. If item has not arrived after 4 weeks, please contact your shipping carrier to track the package.
-Tracking will not update after the item leaves the USA. Shipping quotes do not include transport taxes, duty taxes, or outcome fees. If the item is too large to ship via USPS Priority Mail, we will be forced to refund your purchase.
-Freight shipment items may be delivered to your local freight dock.
-For those in the armed forces shipping to a base, please allow up to 3 months for delivery.

EASY RETURNS
Generally, if you have changed your mind about the item you purchased, you often may be permitted to return it. Buyer pays initial and return shipping costs for items returned. FORMAL RETURN POLICY
We can accept returns up to 30 days from the day item is received IF we are at fault. No returns otherwise. If you decide you no longer need the item, we suggest posting it on eBay and selling it! If we choose to accept a return when we are not at fault, we will issue you a refund minus the original shipping and up to a 20% restocking fee. Returns cost the seller a lot of time and money (boxes, stamps, labels, labor, packing material, trip to post office, re-posting item, restocking item). eBay allows 5 days to process your refund after the item arrives. If more than 5 days have passed, or at any time, please send us a polite reminder email to see if we received your item, so we can process your refund.
