Cylinder Scoring is a serious damage,which caused by improper use and will cost you a lot of money to repair the motor.
Don't do the following will avoid cylinder Scoring:
1，start the motor on bank
2, use the motor when it stop coming out of water
Even if you want test the motor, it should be done in the river!
When there is no water coming out from the motor,please stop using it immediately ,then check the impeller of Water pump or check if the water outlet has been blocked.
Notice:
Please add gear oil to the gears before use the motor and replace gear oil after the run-in period(10 hours).(if you do not know how to handle this,please contact us) .our outboard motor doesn't with oil of gear,please prepair it by yourself .Keep in mind that you must add oil on the gear before use !!!

1.About the noise: all the gasoline machines are noisy, currently we did not test the decibel , but the noise is the same as the motorcycle, so it is a normal phenomenon.
2.The machine itself is lightweight, it can use on boat weight of 100kg or less , load-bearing 4 people, but the speed is certainly not the same whenone person on it or 4 people on it . Customer who has high expectations on speed, please be noticed.
3.It can be marched with inflatable boats, rubber boats or fishing boats.
4.Necessary: you have to prepare a boat-motor stand or Hanging board on your boat.
Two strokes 3.5 hp are controlled by the handle, which is operated by the clutch. There is no Neutral, only idle mode or low speed mode

After in the sea water or turbid water cruising
1.Use the fresh water cleaning the outboard motor
2.With the moderate velocity circulating the engine,cool off the water chanel with fresh water.
3.Before completely running out cooling water,don't put the outboard motor outside. Otherwise the water cam pass the exhaust port to enter the air cylinder,
from that will cause the engine breakdown.
4.The engine should deposit in the aridity and ventilated well place,avoid exposing directly in the sunshine.
5.Before the long term storing,you should run out of the gasoline in the fuel tank.

How to use the 2-stroke marine engine:
1. Insert the emergency flameout cable plug into the flameout switch slot
2. Connect the fuel tank to the engine according to the direction indicated by the arrow of the hand core pump.
3. Loosen the air switch on the fuel tank cap counterclockwise.
4. Squeeze the hand core pump several times by hand until the oil circuit is full of fuel and the hand pump feels hard.
5. Set the shift position to the neutral position.
6. Turn the throttle control handle to the start position (ie: the start mark on the handle is aligned with the control arm mark).
7. When the engine is cold, pull out the choke lever (in order to increase the concentration of the combustible mixture and make the engine easier to start). Tip: Cold engine refers to an engine that has not been started for one day or more.
8. Pull the starter handle by hand, quickly pull out the starter rope after the starter engages with the flywheel, and repeat the pullout until the engine is started. Tip: Engagement means that the parts with toothed parts must feel resistance when pulling the starting rope during transmission, otherwise the parts will be damaged.
9. After the engine is started, run the engine at the lowest throttle for 2-3 minutes to warm up the engine, then push the choke lever to the initial position and the throttle to the minimum position. After the engine is started, pay attention to whether the cooling water flows out steadily. If there is no water or intermittent water flow, stop and check the cause.
