Extremely long gold necklace,probably Majapahit period,smallest bead approximately 2mm,largest  15 mm.Modern clasp.Necklace reconstructed from elements found in various locations.For similar items, see”old Javanese gold” John Miksic,page 146.
Weight: 53.7 grams( just under 2 ounces)
Purity:we tested a sample of 10 small and big beads with 18 carats test.All were ok.We unfortunately do not have a 20- 22 carats test.
Length:69 cm.(over 27 inches)
