1. If the heat sink you use is less than 60W and there is no additional heat sink, you must add a heat sink above 60W. If the driving efficiency of the heat sink is not reduced, excessive temperature will cause permanent damage.
2. The size of the radiator may be based on harsh environment work (recommended cooling area is greater than 200 square centimeters).
3. When installing the heat sink, be sure to pay attention to the insulation of the MOS tube on the back of the module. If there is no insulation, it will stick to the drive board and be permanently damaged.
4. It is recommended to add thermal insulation film and thermal grease on both sides.
How To Use
Control Side Settings:
1. Ground control terminal ground
2. Vr regulator terminal 0‑5V (corresponding to 10% motor speed ‑100%)
3. ZF reversing control (connect to 5V or ground to charge the direction of motor rotation)
4. M tachometer pulse output (depending on the number of motor poles corresponding to the number of pulses per revolution of the output digital)
5. EL enable control terminal (grounded 5V OT grounded, then grounded 5V, the motor stops)
6. 5V 5V control terminal
Unit Control Terminal:
1. Motor speed control wiring method: the potentiometer system speed can also be connected to the single‑chip control. When the potentiometer controls the wiring, the middle pin of the potentiometer is connected to the VR speed port, the two ends of the potentiometer are connected to 5V, and the ground terminal voltage is faster ,faster.
2. Wiring method for motor steering control: It is also possible to connect the switch control to the microcontroller control, ground in one direction, and then 5V in one direction.
