DC Solar Generator Trailer

Description

This trailer is great for off grid applications. The twin 5KW inverters supply up to 10KW 120/240 voltage and can easily handle heavy loads such as deep well pumps, power tools, air compressors, welders, etc. It would also be suitable as a backup during power outages from storms and other natural disasters.
Here are the details and gear the trailer has:

The trailer is a Carson 9,995 lb. GVWR tandem axle trailer with electric brakes, a pintle or ball hitch and trailer jack.
The racks for the panels rotate and lock in place. One person can easily deploy them. The Solar panels have a maximum production of 2500 WH. The panels could be upgraded with new panels to increase the output, or be outfitted with additional panels installed on the ground.
You can price out the components on this solar trailer and you will see that the price is a small fraction of the cost to build or duplicate. We purchased this solar trailer at a May 4, 2021 Bankruptcy Auction in Las Vegas with plans to utilize the trailer in conjunction with a food truck. After purchasing the trailer we put 4 new tires on for the drive back from Las Vegas to Boise. We are changing the focus of the food truck project and no longer need the solar trailer.
