Using two Gecko G540's allows for the two drives to function in parallel as one driver supporting up to 8 axes,
or to be used as two independent systems in which your required to use two PC's, and two ESS turnkey solutions allowing control of two production robots simultaneously.

This is simply the most versatile system anywhere.
Using these drives in parallel also means your system is able to support 8 inputs, 4 outputs, and 2 PWM signals for VFD control

drives are both covered by the longest warranty in the industry with 3 years each, and offer full US support.
The power supply selected for this eight axes system is my 600w 48v 12.5a unit which provides you all the power required for this system with
25.36% surplus of amps
left as a buffer if all 8 axes are utilized based on Gecko's power supply requirements direct from their website below for motors wired in SERIES which all bipolar motors are.

These units can
easily achieve under .001 tolerances
when axis calibration, are completed, when using a metal substrate CNC chassis. This is a live overview of it being achieved on a Chinese 3020 that's completely stock except for the G540, and my power supply.
He achieved a ridiculous speed increase as well.

Shipping the system in the US is .85, which includes UPS ground shipping for both packages with signature do on each do to the value involved.

Please keep in mind The system weighs in at over 12lbs configured as it is, and the motors are an additional 11.7lbs, so
they must be shipped in two packages to prevent damages. This means potentially double shipping charges.
All my international orders are handled through eBay's Global Shipping Program as they offer us both the best protection against loss, and damages. Please review their policy for a shipping quote based on your specific location as they don't disclose it to me.
All my international clients systems will be configured to 220v prior to shipping.
