·        We do not accept international payments and will not ship anything outside of the USA. No exceptions.
·        No PO Box Shipments. If you place an order with the shipping address as a PO Box, it will be canceled and refunded.
·        No APO/FPO address's. Sorry, we love you guys, but too many regulations to ship to those address's.
·        No Freight Forwarder address's. Any orders with a freight forwarder address will be canceled and refunded.
·        At our discretion, some orders may ship with "adult signature required". This is usually based on order value or product type.
All merchandise returned for a refund must meet the following conditions:
·        You must contact us for a RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number and write the number on the outside of the shipping box (do not write on the item's packaging).
·        You must return the goods to the warehouse(s) specified in the RMA. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the correct return address before sending goods back. Any items shipped to the incorrect location will incur additional shipping charges. We are not responsible for any goods returned to the wrong address.
·        Item(s) must be returned within (14) days of the customer receiving the product and (7) days of the RMAs date of issue (This can be extended for special circumstances)
·        Item(s) will only be accepted if the item is in new, re-sellable condition, unopened original packaging, and unused condition. This includes blister packs and shrink wrapping that an item may come needs to be uncut and / or unaltered. Note: Certain manufactures will not allow us to take items back that the blister pack and or shrink wrapping have been opened.
·        A copy of the original packing slip received with the item
·        A copy of the RMA email OR a note describing the problem and requested action
·        A restock fee of up to 20% may apply if the packaging is open, altered, damaged, or otherwise not in new condition.

Returns are NOT Allowed On:
·        Scopes (if they have been mounted)
·        Other Optics (if the seal has been broken or if the packaging has been opened)
·        Safety Gear (Including Harnesses, Helmets, and Ropes)
·        Bows and Crossbows
·        First Aid Items
·        Apparel if opened from the original package
·        Any food or freeze-dried food items
