This listing is for a professional grade self adhesive vinyl wiring diagram graphic set which is
3M 8518 laminated
for the G540. There are 17 total.
Installing this set on your controller allows for at least a 50% time reduction when servicing, or building your system
,
as you have all the wiring diagrams handy for your the drive, and accessories. It features all wiring color allocations for 4 inputs for 3 switches, and a touch plate and 1 output which includes relay wiring for spindle control, as well as speed manipulation. You also have ground buss, and V- power supply terminal splitter graphics along with my standard system graphics, and a G540 terminal block wiring diagram.
The diagrams are for utilizing 3 pin GX-16 connectors for the inputs, and a single GX-16 6 pin connector for the spindle's control cable.
It also features a graphic covering the DB25 pin breakout for Mach3 configuration (review the pictures closely).
