Description

Vintage cream and sugar set made for the 1939 Royal Visit of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth to Canada and the United States of America.
No manufacturer's stamp.
Sugar bowl measures 4.5 inches across and 2.5 inches tall.
Jar measures 4 inches tall.
Both pieces have sepia portraits surrounded by colourful flags and Parliament Hill (in Ottawa) and Capital Hill (in Washington.)
No chips, cracks, scratches, or repairs.
Sugar bowl is in excellent condition.
Creamer is in good condition but does have staining on the inside and light glaze crackling on the outside as seen in some of the photos.
