An on-board potentiometer is used to set the motor current and is no need for any external resistors for current setting. The Haydon™ DCS4020 Chopper Drive is packed with features. It will give you all the basic motor controls which includes full or half-stepping of bipolar steppers, directional control and output enable control. An oscillator circuit is standard on the drive with its onboard potentiometer. Also, the external input/output signals allow to completely control all drive functions.
