    This 21 year old item was last registered 17 years ago in 2004; h
    as been stored in a plastic tote for those past 17 years.  This plate shows very little use & is dead-straight (not bent, as shown in photos).  Being sold as a collectable, since it is a single plate (since 2 matching would be needed if to ever be registered back to a vehicle... but there is only 1 license plate instead).
