    Description

This is one of many fine images items I'm currently listing. Please take a look at my other merchandise at your leisure.
    You are bidding on:
    Kodachrome 35mm Slide
    Northwest Airlines Douglas DC-4
to or from Hokkaido Island, Japan
    ~ 1951 ~
This is one of many rare color slides I'm listing this week taken at the onset of the Korean War dating from May & June of 1951. They document the 45th Infantry Division "Thunderbirds" stationed at Camp Monte Strong on Hokkaido Island, Japan unless otherwise noted. ~ In this instance the DC-4 (N49529) is being used for military transport with this image being shot, by an Army man, of the propeller engine and with Japan below.
    35mm Mount Measures 2 x 2 Inches.
In Very Good Condition: Few Light Scratches.
Coyotechrist watermark and dotted line are for protection of buyer and seller and do not appear on the original slide(s) you'll receive.
Please see photos for further details
Thanks for Looking and Good Luck Bidding
