Description
At Assistance League Bellingham we received an estate donation that included this vintage bone china tea cup and saucer that was issued in 1953 to mark the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. Made and decorated by the Royal Stafford Co in England, both the cup and saucer have pictures of Queen Elizabeth and the flags of the various parts of the British Empire, and the saucer has a third picture. The cup has a diameter of 3.25", and it measures 2.75" in height up to the lip. The saucer has a diameter of 5.5". The two together weigh 7.6 ozs.
They are in very good condition.
