    HRH Queen Victoria document scroll with 2 seals. Hand-written royal manuscript document on vellum, signed and dated 1889. Fine antique Victorian signed Certificate on parchment from the College of Arms dated 1889 confirming the coat of arms belonging to Peter Arthur Beck and his family. Hand-signed by Sir William Arthur Woods, Knight Garter and Walter Aston Blount.
