Package of  Steel Silk Pins.
Vintage is 60's.
On package says: 160 Pins, 1 and 1/16 of an inch, Spartanburg, SC.
I have 10 of these for sale and they all look about the same with all 160 pins. Paper cover may not be completely perfect but very good and as you would get from store.  You will receive one package like the one shown above.
