Vtg Antique German ? Boy Bisque Diaper Pin Doll Silk Ribbons "RARE"

Beautiful little boy bisque doll as found.
I think it is German but do not know for sure. I believe the ribbons are silk. Has two layers of cloth and the pins are through both layers. I did not remove the pins but left as I found it. Please study all the pictures. Has a pink line under the neck and a dark spot on the back of the head. Ribbons, cloth and pins show age as would be expected.
All limbs are jointed. I could see the hip joints...I show but was not able to see the shoulder joints due to wrapping but the arms move freely and appear to be intact. I did not see any chips. The doll is about 4.5 inches long.
I tried to point out all flaws but could have missed something. Please study all the pictures.
