the 2oz silver Libertad one of the most rare sovereign bullion coins in production today!
**Regarded as one of the finest Sovereign Mint bullion rounds in the world, the
Silver Libertad first went
into
production in 1982
and is fabricated by the oldest mint in North America, Mexico City Mint (Casa de
Mondeo de México)

**This .999 Fine Silver Bullion coin commemorates Mexican Independence and depicts the lady of Winged
Victory
holding broken chains of bondage and raising a laurel wreath high in triumphant celebration of
freedom.
Purity, content, mintage year and mint mark are also stamped on the reverse.
**The
obverse
depicts the Mexican Coat of Arms with a mighty eagle perched atop a cactus, engaged in
battle
with an obstinate serpent.
**The
Reverse
depicts two key symbols of the Mexican people: the Winged Victory statue in the
forefront and the Mexican volcanoes Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl in the background.
